1995 Caterham 7 Classic SE
In 1995/1996 Roger built a Caterham 7 sports car from a kit. It took him about 200 hours to put together. The Caterham 7 is the fastest accelerating production road car, and also the best handling British car. Its immense fun to drive!!
Unfortunately Roger sold the car (much to his regret) in April 2002 as Stacy and he moved to a new flat in London - where he couldn't keep the car, not to mention the house prices in London meaning the cash came in handy!!
The specifications of the car were these:1995 (registered Spring '96) N reg 1600 Xflow Classic SE, 4 speed Live axle, in British Racing Green. Built winter 95/96, 8651 miles when sold in April 2002. Extras include Cloth adjustable seats, 4 point harnesses, increased visibility weather equipment, heater, tonneau cover, heated screen, Vecta immobiliser.
